Meeting with the Director of Information and Culture of Zabul Province

Hedayatullah Nikzad, the provincial representative of the Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization (AJMSO), held a meeting with Mawlawi Rahmatullah Hamad, the Director of Information and Culture of Zabul Province.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the state of the media, the challenges faced by journalists, and the need for supporting them.
Mr. Nikzad provided comprehensive information about the organization’s activities, objectives, and future plans to the Director of Information and Culture. He emphasized that AJMSO will further strengthen its efforts in Zabul to enhance the capacity, ensure the safety, and support the professional development of journalists.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Rahmatullah Hamad, the Director of Information and Culture, welcomed the efforts of the Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization and assured that the Directorate of Information and Culture will provide the necessary cooperation in coordination and support for media outlets and journalists.
Both sides committed to continuing their joint efforts to address journalists’ challenges, strengthen the media sector, and improve access to information.
