Condolence Message from the (AJMSO) on the Passing of Veteran Photojournalist Mohammad Alam Kabiri

It is with profound sorrow that we have learned of the passing of Mohammad Alam Kabiri, one of Afghanistan’s well-known photojournalists, who passed away in a hospital in Tehran, Iran.

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

The late Mohammad Alam Kabiri dedicated many years of his professional life to serving various media organizations across Afghanistan as a photojournalist and cameraman. In recent months, he had traveled to Iran to receive treatment for cancer. Sadly, fate did not allow him to return to his family, colleagues, and friends.

The Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization (AJMSO) extends its deepest condolences to the Kabiri family, his friends, colleagues, and the entire journalism community of Afghanistan. We pray to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased His infinite mercy and forgiveness, and to bless his family and loved ones with patience, strength, and fortitude during this difficult time.
