Mawlawi Abdul Noor Rasooli, Director of Information and Culture in Laghman, welcomed the participants and expressed appreciation for UNAMA’s efforts in listening to the voices of the media. He also called for the implementation of training programs for journalists in areas such as the responsible use of artificial intelligence, digital security, psychological and physical safety, and access to information.

Meanwhile, Romal Delarosa, Acting Head of UNAMA’s Eastern Office, expressed satisfaction with the level of coordination between the local administration, the Directorate of Information and Culture, and the media in Laghman, describing it as an important achievement.
