Meeting of AJMSO Capital Zone Representative with the Governor of Panjshir

The representative of the Capital Zone of the Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization (AJMSO) met with Mawlawi Mohammad Agha Hakim, Governor of Panjshir, and presented the challenges and demands of journalists and media outlets in the province.
During the meeting, Mohammad Nazir Danish, Head of the Capital Zone of the organization, accompanied by a number of journalists, shared the existing challenges facing media activities in Panjshir and reviewed the overall situation of media in the province. He emphasized the importance of access to information, describing closer cooperation between government institutions and the media as a fundamental necessity, and called for greater coordination in this regard.
Mr. Danish also stressed the continuation of comprehensive and constructive cooperation between the local administration and the media community, considering it essential for improving the situation of journalists and promoting media activities in Panjshir.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Panjshir welcomed the proposals presented and reaffirmed the local administration’s commitment to supporting journalists and facilitating media activities. He assured that efforts to improve the working conditions of media in the province would continue.
