Head of Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization Meets Director of Information and Culture of Kapisa Province

Abdul Qadeem Wyar, Head of the Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization (AJMSO), met with the Director of Information and Culture of Kapisa Province to discuss strengthening cooperation and improving the working conditions of journalists and local media.
During the meeting, key issues were discussed, including journalists’ access to information, the creation of a safer and more enabling environment for media activities, and enhancing cooperation with other government institutions to support journalists.
Emphasizing the importance of free access to information for journalists, the Head of AJMSO stated that such access is one of the fundamental prerequisites for professional media work.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Karimullah Wasiq, Director of Information and Culture of Kapisa Province, pledged full cooperation in facilitating better access to information for journalists at the provincial level and assured comprehensive support for media-related matters, including administrative issues and necessary coordination with relevant institutions.
This meeting is part of the ongoing efforts of the Afghan Journalists and Media Support Organization to improve the working conditions of media outlets and strengthen the role of journalists across the provinces of the country.
